Used chicken broth instead of water for stuffing prep. Used chicken broth instead of water for stuffing prep. Added an extra layer of flavor. Also have to brown my butterfly chops longer. Adding the soup mixture deglazed the pan the the wonder browning flavor mixed with the sauce. Everyone had second helpings. Not that complicated to do!

I added some chopped carrots so it would have more veggies. Also, I made it more of a casserole by cutting my pork chops up into chunks first. That way we could scoop it out and not need knives when we were eating leftovers. I think next time, though, I will use gravy instead of soup. But it was delicious! Got big approval from my roommate. It didn't sound too exciting, but I made it anyway. It was so delicious - the whole family mmmmm'ed through the whole meal. Will definitely make again.
